Spent almost 1/2 hour with a coworker looking for a song which has been stuck in my head for the past couple of days. After humming the songs endless times. I finally got.
The song is called "You and Me" by Life House. I am sure you've heard it on 98.7 before:

I Looove that song! mellow and a little bit sad. but nontheless a great song =)
