Payment/TicketingMust be ticketed at least 7 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 3 days of departure must be ticketed within 24 hours.
Routing/ReroutingA) More than 7 days before departure - no chargeB) Less than 7 days before departure/after travel has commenced:(a) First Outbound Sector (Including first International) - USD75 per transaction.(b) Other Sectors:(i) Changes not requiring ticket reissuance given without charge.
Cancellations/RefundA) More than 7 days before departure : full refund.B) Less than 7 days before departure : Please consult your travel agent.C) After departure: The refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable normal fare for the journey completed.
