Another interesting news to add about my ever changing, yet, constant life.
Recently, I’ve been offered a very generous job. The base salary increase, plus stock options, signing bonuses will definitely help me move closer of getting that Porsche Cayman and super bachelor pad in lovely OC. With this said, it would be sad to say good bye to the people I currently work with. They are some of the most brilliant and hard working co workers I’ve ever had. And I learned something from each and everyone of them every single day. Especially my Director and VP. But I think the move is necessary for me at this moment. For two reasons: a) obviously the increase in financial reward is one big reason, but b) the chance I’ll be given to run the P&L of a entire category and managing a 9 digit budget would definitely look good in my resume, for what ever endeavor I might take next…. I just can’t imagine how hard it would be to say good bye this Friday….
On a side note. After randomly reading Master Jack’s blog. I think it is time for my to ditch the current physical funk I am in and really do something to bring that fire back in the atheletic side of me. I don’t want to be screwed in this year’s LA Triathlon…

Congrats! Start saving up. Real estate is getting ripe soon. Save up for that instead of a porsche.
ReplyDeletei wish i could have motivated you to don a 'jets' jersey, take a few 3 point shots, and take a few charges for the team... it's ok, there is a lot on the line for this years triathlon... good luck to the both of you; i'll be sure to come and cheer and/or participate??!?! (i'm really lazy nowadays and just want to concentrate on some bball...)
