Not sure if any one of you read this book. But it is truly a great book to read (strongly recommend it). Though the book is more or less about marketing, I think it applies to other aspects of life as well.
Everyone has a tipping point. A epiphany, a realization, an awakening, a moment of truth and clarity. It could be the most mundane and random stuff. It could be over something that may not seem to matter much, or even stupid. But still, it is there.
And once a person crosses this Tipping Point. A brand new door and a brand new world appears. And the old things, events, possessions, or even people for that matter that you thought you once care just doesn’t seem to matter or have meaning anymore. It is a strange feeling, but it is absolutely true.
Life is funny like that isn’t it J
what tipped you?!

ReplyDeletefrat boys indeed!
ReplyDeleteyeah make sense when you consider online success like myspace and youtube... and of course all the failed sites...
ReplyDeleteif you like tipping point and gladwell's 'ideas' and writing style; you'll probably like his second book "Blink" as well... that one is about intuition and instints (but not as agreeable as "Tipping Point")
Time to have a BABY man. That'll tip your life upside down. I feel myself tipping already. Only a couple of weeks to go...and I'm going to be a DAD! WOW!
