HST in Taiwan

Well Folks,

After 20 years and $15 Billion US Dollars. The HSR is finally up and running in Taiwan.
With this new train. The trip from Taipei to KaoHsiung (250 miles) will only take 90 min. even with one stop.

I've been on the TVR in France in my Eurotrip 2004. And I know how awesome it is. I can't wait to ride it this Nov. when I go back for Thanksgiving.

  1. We rode the one in Japan and it's pretty nice. However, it only looks fast from the outside, inside it feels slow eventhough you get from one place to another in a heartbeat.

I need to thank my dad for having part in the HST construction process. I can't wait to try it out next time I'm back.
