Training like Vegeta


This one is for you cartoon geeks. I am training like Vegeta now.
First time trial last week: (2 parts of the three diciplines, not back to back so the time is a bit misleading):

1) 1 mile swim (32 laps in a olympic size pool) --32::20
2) 6 mile (10k) run --46:46
3) 25 mile bike (not measured yet)

lets measure my progress! pain is nothing =)

    I think you still have room for improvement in all three. Good luck :)

    we'll get Steph to train soon too since she's done with her run.

    I am still gunning for that Sub 30 min mile swim, 21 mph bike speed for 25 miles and sub 7 min. 6 mile run.
